Thanks to the materials used, such as OSB 4 TOP and full-surface glued EPS, both of these materials withstand moisture. Therefore, the SIPsCZ system can be recommended for areas with a higher risk of flooding.

WATER RESISTANCE

In the event of a flood, it is not necessary to deprive the affected walls of water-soaked water (which will collapse due to soaking and will no longer perform its function in the future) as with other systems. In our case, it is sufficient to replace the plasterboard to the height where the water was.
